A complete registration form will temporarily hold your place, so please
register as early as possible. A non-refundable deposit will secure your
place if paid by the date indicated for each destination.
The balance will be due two months before departure. I will send an e-mail to confirm the receipt of your deposit. Additional travel information and a list of what to bring will follow the balance payment.
Individuals interested in accompanying a friend or a spouse, but not participating in a workshop are most welcome. The cost for non-workshop-attending companions will equal $200 less than the regular cost of the Workshop in France or Mexico and $100 less for Pacific Northwest Workshops.
INSURANCE
I strongly encourage participants to purchase an insurance policy covering
you for: flight cancellation, accident, medical expenses etc...Or make
sure that your insurance at home will cover any medical expenses while
you are abroad.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will have to be confirmed in writing.
Take note that the deposits are non refundable unless the workshop is
cancelled.
The following scale of refunds applies:
. 100% refund if you can fill up your spot.
. 100% refund with medical statement if it applies to you or a family
member (spouse or child).
The Art of Travel with a Sketchbook reserves the right, should the situation arise, to cancel or alter workshops and to offer alternative dates or refunds.
