Deposit: A non-refundable deposit will hold your place. Please register as early as possible. The balance will be due three months before departure.
Individuals interested in accompanying a friend or a spouse, but not participating in a workshop are most welcome. The cost for non-workshop-attending companions will equal $200 less than the regular cost of the workshop.
Refund policy: The last payment is refundable only with a written medical excuse at least 31 days before departure, or if the space can be filled. No refunds can be made after this time.
